About 1 pound of Ancestral Ground Beef pasture raised here at Three Sons Farm. Nutrient dense, Ancestral ground beef can be used in any of your regular ground beef recipes. (90% Beef, 7% Liver, 3% Heart). This hearty meat is a mixture of 90% lean beef and 10% fat.

Three Sons Farm has partnered up with Ramona Country Bakery to offer a Cheese Quiche made with Three Sons Farm Pasture Raised Eggs! Each quiche has approximately 5 eggs in it.

Cooking Instructions: Quiche will arrive frozen when delivered. Let defrost in the fridge. Pre heat oven to 325F and bake the quiche on the lowest rack in the oven for 45 minutes.
